The Ministry of Social Affairs (MOSA) undertakes several roles and tasks in the field of social work, in both its developmental and service provision aspects. These roles and tasks are multi-dimensional as well as complementary and help MoSA provide aid to those in need on one side and play its role in achieving a more holistic approach to development on the other.

Working towards a balanced development of different geographical regions in Lebanon through the decentralization of developmental work.
Insure complimentarity and partnership between both the public and NGO sectors in different fields
