The PDS Annual Project Reports (APRs) are narrative analytical progress reports on the performance of the PDS project. They provide accurate and valuable information on the progress, achievements, constraints and lessons learned from the implementation of the PDS project. They provide staff with the opportunity to learn from previous experience and build on success stories to improve performance in the future.
The content of the APRs, more specifically the conclusions and recommendations drawn from them are also used by both the Ministry of Social Affairs and the UNFPA Country Office to report on yearly deliverables and their impact at the national level. They serve as a basis for the evaluation and review of the existing project as well as the design of new projects and initiatives.
